What our customers say:
I had the pleasure of working with Susan Fine at the Morris Museum’s Chocolate Festival. Susan provided a wonderful display of an assortment of products from the Chocolate Path as well as a free tasting of delicious French Hot Chocolate for our patrons. Susan also presented two programs while working the Chocolate Festival. One was about the history of chocolate while the other detailed the finite art of chocolate tasting. Our patrons found Susan extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the chocolate process, presenting to at least 110 people throughout the day. As a first time vendor coordinator for a Morris Museum festival, I found Susan to be incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only does she know her stuff about chocolate but she is a delight to work with. We cannot wait to have her back. Susan is professional and passionate about her work. I would not hesitate to suggest working with her and the Chocolate Path for any event or business dealings. She is truly a pleasure.

I recently used Susan and the Chocolate Path for a "tasting experience" at a large party - 115 people. What a wonderful experience it was!!!
She worked with me to set up the type of chocolates I wanted to feature as well as helping me stay within my budget. Susan's knowledge of and passion for chocolate is remarkable. My guests had an amazing time sampling several delicacies - my favorites being "dark" milk chocolate and her "sipping" varieties. She arrived early for set-up, stayed late, and was wonderfully kind and professional to work with. I love the variety and uniqueness of items I can find at the Chocolate Path. I highly recommend using her services for parties of all sizes. . . . . . . and a visit to her website is a MUST!!

NNJR members had the opportunity to partake in a special dark chocolate tasting experience. After completing the not-so-simple task of picking out a few wines that would be paired with select chocolates, Susan put together a chocolate lover’s delight. A seven course tasting extravaganza accompanied by an education on the cocoa bean, the locations in which it is grown and how the varieties of flavors are derived by the soils and environment. She also explained the differences in percent of cacao bean to ingredient ratios and processing variations. Did you know it is healthy to eat dark chocolate? How about the fact that it has been used medicinally since the days of the Incas? We started with the first of three wines we paired with 6 different chocolates. As we patiently allowed it to melt in our mouths you could see one smile after another appear on everyone’s face, but wait… we must try that again and this time accompanied by a sip of the Zin which results in a different but equally exuberant nod and smile. Either one alone was a delight; combined made an entirely different experience.
