Shipping Policy

• Items are shipped by UPS and vary according to weight and location.
• Orders usually ship within 2 business days of ordering.
• We try to keep a reasonable supply of every product we sell in stock, but we carefully manage our inventory to keep our stock as fresh as possible.
• Orders that are placed on Saturdays will ship the following Tuesday.
  

Warm Weather Shipping

During warm weather months (May 1st - October 31st, or whenever temperatures exceed 68°F), we will only ship products UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day Delivery (Ground Shipping may be available to customers in some regions of the US). A $6.99 fee for warm weather packaging will be added to this shipping fee. Please consult UPS shipping charts to determine your shipping time and costs. This is to ensure your merchandise arrives in its freshest state with certainty.

The Chocolate Path reserves the right to charge the customer accordingly for the shipping and packaging options during the summer months expressed above.
