John Kelly Walnut Caramel Clusters with Mediterranean Sea Salt

Silky caramel is combined with walnuts and covered with the same chocolate we use in our truffle fudge.  Flakes of salt from the Mediterranean Sea enhance every bite.  The sweet and savory result is simply perfect.  Each walnut caramel cluster is handmade and placed in a distinctive four piece box.
