Pure dark chocolate from Colombia. Long, deep, slow chocolate flavors are accented by pleasant hints of spice. The Trinitario cacao beans used to make this chocolate were grown in the San Vicente de Chucuri Valley of Santander in Colombia.

Guittard Chocolate Company is one of only ten chocolate makers in the US, and one of few that works directly with growers, long before harvest. An expert team at Guittard travels the world, working closely with growers to assess the development of individual crops and to oversee the fermentation and drying process of the cacao beans.

Available in both blended and single origin chocolate flavors, E. Guittard 2 oz chocolate bars are suitable for an individual serving and just big enough to share an ounce with a friend. They break easily into two 1-ounce squares, so they are perfect for baking too.
