Founded by Joan Coukos, Chocolat Moderne's assortments are a vibrant, ever changing cornucopia of offerings. They use the finest French chocolate, Valrhona, featuring high cocoa content and emphasis on growing regions. Their chocolates are covered with extra bitter dark chocolate of 61% cocoa content.

For the "Bistro Bar," they've chosen a beautiful circa 1910 European design for these handmade candy bars. The bars are covered in fine dark chocolate and filled with truffle, caramel and praliné flavors from their artisanal chocolate assortments. The square shape is unusually elegant. Deep sections provide ample repositories for the luscious fillings and are easy to separate for relishing one by one.
