Chocolat Moderne - The Moderne Bar - Chipotle

A dark milk chocolate bar with Chipotle pepper and toffee.

The "Moderne" Bars are a wonderful blend of chocolate and bits of toffee.  The Chipotle bar is a 51% cacao blend of the fine dark and milk chocolates from Valrhona.   It offers appealingly provacative smokey, sweet and hot taste sensations in crunchy toffee.  Piquant, smoked, red jalapeno peppers dance with creamy milk chocolate before the heat rushes in.
