Chocolat Moderne - The Moderne Bar - Red Fruits

A dark milk chocolate bar with cherry, raspberry, strawberry and toffee.

Founded by Joan Coukos, Chocolat Moderne's assortments are a vibrant, ever changing cornucopia of offerings. They use the finest French chocolate, Valrhona, featuring high cocoa content and emphasis on growing regions.

The "Moderne" Bars are a wonderful blend of chocolate and bits of toffee.  The Red Fruits bar is a 65% cacao blend of fine dark chocolates from Valrhona and is a fresh breeze of red berries and red stone fruit.  The crunchy toffee nuggets sprinkled throughout the bar release the unique and fragrant essences of cherries, strawberries and raspberries.
