Chocolat Moderne - The Moderne Bar - Sea Salt

A dark milk chocolate bar with Sea Salt and toffee.

Founded by Joan Coukos, Chocolat Moderne's assortments are a vibrant, ever changing cornucopia of offerings. They use the finest French chocolate, Valrhona, featuring high cocoa content and emphasis on growing regions.

The "Moderne" Bars are a wonderful blend of chocolate and bits of toffee.  The Sea Salt bar is a 65% cacao blend of the fine dark chocolates from Valrhona and is made with Halen Mon organic sea salt harvested from the fresh, cold waters off the Welsh Coast.  As the fine dark chocolate melts to reveal bits of crunchy, butter toffee, a wave of sublime saltiness bathes your taste buds.
