A bar of dark, 70% fondant "Tuscan Black" chocolate with a unique complement of companion fruit pieces within: tiny explosions of taste from dried raspberries, strawberries, and cherries, utilising a new, patented process developed by master chocolatier Cecelia Tessieri to advance the frontiers of chocolate.

The "Tuscan Blacks" are proprietary blends of different cocoa beans from plantations exclusively selected by Amedei. Here, the cacao achieves its full aromatic potential naturally enhanced by the presence of three natural fruits.
