A bar of dark, 63% fondant "Tuscan Black" chocolate with a unique complement of companion fruit pieces within. Tiny explosions of taste from dried peaches and apricots, utilizing a new, patented process developed by master chocolatier Cecelia Tessieri to advance the frontiers of chocolate.

The "Tuscan Blacks" are proprietary blends of different cocoa beans from plantations exclusively selected by Amedei. Here, the armoatic cacao blends delicately with two natural fruits to achieve a synthesis of refined floral and fruity notes.
